Hi, my name is George Buchanan and a friend of mine talked me into putting up this blog as an experiment. I met him a long time ago and he says I can make money at this so this is a way to test that. He’s a pretty smart guy so I’m doing what he tells me to do.

I was born in Maryland but we moved to Atlanta Georgia when I was about a month old so that’s where I think of as my home town. I’m 55 years old and I’m retired. I owned a small construction company for 30 years.

I’m a pretty average guy. I like to hunt and fish and take my boat out and go fast. I’ve always been a reader and like Steven King and Dean Koontz better than other authors.

Having observed life for 55 years I have opinions on almost everything. Some days I’m a republican and other days I’m a democrat.  Lately I’m an independent.

This is just going to be a general information blog about anything and everything. Hence the domain name, miscellaneoustalk.com. People tell me I can talk thier ear off and my friend convinced me I could talk on a blog too.
