There are a lot of quit smoking aids out there. Everything from stop smoking pills, acupuncture to stop smoking or even hypnosis and now an electronic cigarette. Electronic cigarette? Say what?
Yep, an electronic cigarette is the latest of the quit smoking aids to come on the market. I didn’t know about electronic cigarettes at all until I read about them on a blog. The post is at this electronic cigarette link if you want to read it.
I don’t know if this will help me quit smoking or not but I clicked the link and went to the electric cigarette site and found it quite interesting. I’m going to give it a shot. It doesn’t cost much more than a carton of cigarettes does now so it’s not a lot of money and if I can quit it will be like getting a $2000.00 a year raise because my cigs are now a little over 40 bucks a carton and I go through a carton a week.
I’ve been a hardcore smoker all of my life and I really hope this will be able to help me quit. If it works at all I’ll make a post next month and let you now. For now I recommend if you want to quit smoking you go read the article on the electronic cigarette and maybe it will help you quit smoking.
BTW, if any of you know about any other good quit smoking aids I’d appreciate it if you would make a comment as it may help me or someone else to quit smoking cigarettes.
E-cigarettes were the only thing that made me quit smoking, and ive tryed nicotine gum, patches, inhalers. E-cigs are the way to go.
Good luck! Normally I would say that you need to associate into becoming a “NON SMOKER” – but if you are using an electronic cigarette I guess you’re still a “SMOKER”! But try different things – one will work for you. You’ll be grateful once you are a total non-smoker (plus think of all the things you can buy with that $2000!). We’ve always found Hypnosis to quit smoking has been very effective!
My whole family smokes. It’s common for us after we eat dinner; we have a cigarette at our house. I smoke with my family. My friends are like, “Oh my gosh your parents know, my parents would kill me.”
A lot of people think of the electric cigarette as a stop smoking device,for some it is. For me, smoking electric cigarettes has made smoking more enjoyable and has removed some of the downside and even made it somewhat cheaper – so it hasn’t done much to help me quit – al least I’m not getting so many chemicals, tar and other bad stuff.
