It’s alleged by several soures, including cbs news, that Chris Brown assualted Rhianna last night before the Grammy’s. Neither appeared but were both scheduled to appear.
When they got together I thought they made a pretty good couple, now I think he ought to be neutered. We don’t need anymore people who assault women.
Now I really want to know what kind of fallout this is going to have. After all, this is much more of a serious offense than Michael Phelps taking a couple of hits of a bong. Commiting violence against a woman is one of the most debasing things a man can do.
No, it doesn’t debase the woman, it debases the man. Oops, sory I meant the boy. A real man has no need to hit, slap, punch or kick a woman. that’s a childs trick and little boys do these things, not men.
I guess now we’ll see wht Rhianna is made of. If she’s smart she’ll dump the dumb ass right now and never have anything to do with him again. This is an area where every woman needs to have a ZERO TOLERANCE.
It’s a true lowlife who would even consider attacking or assaulting a woman. For her sake I hope Rhianna files charges and carries through with them. If she doesn’t she’s not helping women she’s saying it’s okay for men to assault women.
I don’t think either of these two, or Phelps for that matter, are role models but I think Rhianna needs to step up and do the right thing for all the women of this country.

Considering he admitted it I’d say it’s no longer an alleged crime. Now it’s a factual crime. Just another sissy boy full of rage who’s never learned to control himself. You know what boys who have never learned to control themselves are don’t you? Not men but children.
He acted like a spoiled 2 yr old and now wants our forgiveness. Well, he’s not going to get mine. For a child to bite, yes, bite, considering she had bite marks on her, he acted like a 2 yr old and he needs exactly what a 2 yr old would get. Timeout. I’d say for a couple of years.
Beating a woman is not manly, it’s childish. Biting a woman is not anger, it’s rage. Multiple bites, means to me, that he needs psychiatric help, not the help of his minister. Multiple bites means to me he should do time and in this case I’d say two yrs is appropriate.
You see, men are supposed to protect women and children, protect the weak and take care of them. Not hit them and bite them. Beating a woman or hitting her is about as low as a male can go. Oops, wait a minute, he hit a new low with the biting. If Rhianna was my daughter or my sister I’d feel honor bound to find him and pay him back for what he did. Of course I’d pay with interest. Broken bones would probably be involved and to teach him not to bite anyone again I’d probably sic the dogs on him, too.
He’s not a man, he’s a child and needs to be disciplined. He needs to lose all of his endorsements and contracts. I’ll never buy a song he does nor anything else he promotes. Never! We, as a people should never tolerate violence against another person and particularly not to women or children.
Some say Rhianna provoked him. What she did to provoke him doesn’t matter. Not even a little bit. If you are a man you can handle the situation if you are a child you go into a rage and hit and bite. Men are sure of themselves, men are confident in their abilities, men are the protectors, men are able to overcome the words she may have said. Children aren’t.
If you are strong minded and secure in yourself you have no need o desire to hit, bite and hurt other people. MOF, you understand that it diminishes you, as a man, to do those things. A man has no need to do anything to another person, particularly a person who is weaker. All he had to do ws get out of the vehicle and walk away. That’s what a man would have done.

While I don’t agree that celebrities are role models in the end they are for millions of kids. The message Rhianna is sending is not a good one and I would hope that the rest of the country boycotts her music too.

For domestic violence there can be no toleration. There has to be a zero tolerance policy by women and they have to stick to it. Heh, I’d like to see people who commit domestic violence treated the same way sexual abusers are.
Reality is, there is little difference between the two crimes and the lifelong effects of the two crimes. Domestic abuse is a control issue, as is rape. Treat the perpatrators the same way one would treat a rapist.
Put their addresses and pictures up on the internet and let people see what their supposedly repsected friends and neighbors are up to.

I’m old but I concur with your opinion with but one exception, not even her father has the right to hit her like that. Heh, I guess he can afford to buy protection in jail or the joint just the same I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes. If he gets enough time maybe he’ll decide to become someones bitch out of guilt and a need to be punished.
I’d go off on a role model rant but I don’t expect most singers to be role models. IMO what he is, is a child who threw a tantrum. Hopefully they’ll spank him hard but we’ll find out more later today as it’s in court now.
